Um eine schnelle Abwicklung Ihrer Reparatur zu gewährleisten, füllen Sie bitte folgendes RMA Formular vollständig aus.

Nach absenden des Formulars erhalten Sie Ihre RMA-Nummer (RMA=Return Material Authorization).

Transportbedingungen:
- Die RMA Nummer gut sichtbar auf dem Transportkarton vermerken.
- Die RMA Nummer bitte auf allen Belegen angeben.
- Legen Sie der RMA eine Rechnungs
- oder Lieferscheinkopie bei. (Schäden, die nachweislich aufgrund mangelhafter Verpackung entstanden sind, werden lediglich im Rahmen eines zuvor erstellten Kostenvoranschlags und nach Genehmigung dessen beseitigt. Eine Haftung unsererseits ist ausgeschlossen).
